Wow it’s hard to believe that it is February already. January sure flew by for me anyway.
Don’t have much stitching to show this time, but have gotten a little done. Lots of other projects I’ve been working on. Will have to make write a post soon to show you those.
I’m once again joining The Frosted Pumpkin’s mystery sampler. I really enjoyed last year’s Into the Jungle so decided to join again this year. But I think I’ll keep it to just one sampler 😀 two were hard, I got tired of doing the same thing.
This year’s sampler is called Welcome to Pumpkinville. I have started it and was almost finished with the banner, then had to rip out most of the word Pumpkinville. I was off by one stitch in the beginning, which of course messed the whole word up. Oh well I could have been worse and at least I caught it early.
Here is what I have done so far.
If you look really close you can see where I took out the stitches to move it up one stitch.🤪
Here are pictures from the website showing what it should look like.
Now I just have pick something else to work on the rest of the month. Choices, choices.
Be sure to check out what the others have been working on. We seem to really growing. Once again we have 2 new members. Please welcome Carmela and Jocelyn

It’s annoying to have made the mistake but you spotted it in good time and got it sorted. Looks lovely so far 🙂

It is always frustrating to have to pull stitches out. I’m glad you caught it early. The sampler is going to be darling!

I know I’ve done a couple of these mystery samplers and don’t seem to finish them. I was determined this last time and finished. Just hope the motivation continues and I finish this one. I think it will. 😄

UGH!! I hate it when I’m off – especially by just one stitch. I’m sure you’re glad you fixed it, I would have to fix it as well.

I know. Had to fix it would have made it hard later on.

Thanks for the welcome. Frosted Pumpkin is wonderful and your piece is looking good despite the little set back. I hate when that happens too. But onward and upward!

Thanks, hopefully this is the only setback, but I doubt it 😀
