June SAL Midnight Way Happy Dance.

Well I finally have a Happy Dance to report! I finished Midnight Way.

Here is where I was last update

And here is the finished project…….

It feels so good to have this project finished. I really like the way it turned out. Now I just have to decide if I want to frame it, make it a pillow or so something else.

Now that this project is finished, it’s time to think about a new project. Back in October/November 2019 I started a project called “Snow Pals” I got about 1/3 done and wasn’t liking the way it looked on the white background, so I put it in “timeout” Well I remembered I had this one and decided it was time to work on it again.

Here is what the finished project will look like….

And here is what I had done before it was put in timeout.

I decided to work it on a darker grey cloth. So far I’m liking it better.

Here is my first update on “Snow Pals”……..

This is the head of the deer. It is going fast so far.

Well I guess this is it for now. Please check out what the others in the SAL have been up to and I’ll see you with another update in 3 weeks.

  1. Congratulations on your finish. It is really cute. Hopefully you will like using the darker fabric for the next project with is also very cute.

  2. Well done on another great finish. I’d make a removable pillow cover and only bring it out for display during Hallowe’en. Your new project looks so much better with a more contrasting background. Enjoy your Happy Dance 🙂

  3. Happy Dance on a fabulous finish. I love it! It’s always hard with white on white and I am glad you changed the background cloth, it looks so much better, plus I love the snowman/pals design

  4. Happy dance !! The Halloween shops are too cute. Glad you found new found interest for the snowy design, I remember when you last worked on it and put it aside.
